At The Urban Hoodie Sales, we want you to love your streetwear as much as we do. If your gear isn’t hitting right, we’ve got your back with our straightforward returns process. Keep it urban, keep it fresh.

THE URBAN RETURN POLICY

You’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. All returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

STREETWEAR WE CAN’T ACCEPT BACK:

To keep our urban community safe and fresh, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Hats (for hygiene reasons)
  • Footwear that shows signs of wear
  • Graphic Tees with removed tags
  • Any items marked as final sale

HOW TO RETURN YOUR URBAN GEAR

Follow these steps to keep your return smooth like your street style:

  1. Hit us up at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and what’s not working
  2. Wait for our squad to email you a return authorization and shipping label
  3. Pack it up securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship it back using the provided label within 5 days of approval

EXCHANGES: SWAP YOUR STYLE

Want a different size or color? No problem:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Include a note specifying what you want instead
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

REFUNDS: GET YOUR CASH BACK

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your money will go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our mistake)

Note: International refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For our global urban family outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
