Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):

Free Shipping (EMS):

  • Free for orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). International orders may be subject to customs fees – that’s on you, but we’ll mark the value appropriately to help minimize charges.

Return Policy Basics

  • 15-day window: Initiate returns within 15 days of delivery
  • Original condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached
  • Original packaging: Must be returned in the packaging it came in

Items We Can’t Accept

To keep our urban community fresh, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Hats (hygiene reasons)
  • Footwear showing signs of wear
  • Graphic Tees with removed tags
  • Any items marked as final sale

How to Return Your Gear

Follow these steps for a smooth return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and what’s not working
  2. Our squad will email you a return authorization and shipping label
  3. Pack it up securely in the original packaging
  4. Ship it back using our label within 5 days of approval

Exchanges: Swap Your Style

Want a different size or color? No problem:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Include a note specifying what you want instead
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Note: Exchanges depend on availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Refunds: Get Your Cash Back

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your money goes back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless we messed up)

International refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account.

International Returns

For our global urban family outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
